As pictures will try to capture this car’s straight-as-an arrow panels, SMOOTH contours and CRISP lines! Panel gaps line up PERFECTLY and the paint laid out over this laser straight body is SHOW quality! This 442s vibrant, rich Forest Mist is incredible at any angle you want to take it in! The clear that was laid out adds a TON of depth and the reflection is mirror quality in this 65. I have NEVER seen a paint job look this good in my LIFE! This meticulous nut and bolt rotisserie restoration is exactly what everybody wishes their restoration would look like! Panels are ALL original metal right down to the hood.
In addition to being numbers matching and retaining original panels the glass is all clear, NEW and easy to see throughout. The ORIGINAL bumpers were re-chromed and reflect like a mirror, plus the grill is new old stock. The bottom of this car looks just as clean as the the top The pans are all solid as pictures will show! The frame has been media blasted, color-correct powder coated. This car represents a TRUE rotisserie with NO expense spared in ANY way! The fit and finish on this vehicle is second to none and there are not enough adjectives in the English dictionary to fully describe this car! BIG MONEY was invested into this SPOT ON build.
Interior is show quality, boasting a set of hand-worked ORIGINAL seats. Carpet is ALL new and free of stains. Gauges are ALL clear and easy to read. The dash is perfect and the door panels have been reworked! Everything in this interior is perfect right down to the ICE COLD AC!
Inside and out this car is a show stopper!
As you pop the hood, you immediately notice that between the fenders rests the original 400, completely rebuilt with only 300 miles on it. This engine is paired to a NUMBERS MATCHING 4spd transmission that shifts smooth as butter! This car starts with the turn of a key - first time every time thanks to a Fast FI system. It runs extremely well and drives like NO OTHER! The custom exhaust has an incredible note that is VERY unique! It sounds GREAT at idle and only gets better as you get into the gas! At the end of the exhaust you will find CORRECT Hangers with the factory chrome tips! Everything on this car works as it should! This 442 is equipped to stop with a set of disc brakes up front and in the rear that are both drilled and slotted, resting on a set of custom wheels that set the stage for a BEAUTIFUL stance.
Full photo documentation plus an eye-popping color combination and precision restoration do justice to this 442 but pictures and video DO NOT!
