As pictures will try to capture this car’s straight-as-an arrow panels, SMOOTH contours and CRISP lines are beautiful! Panel gaps line up PERFECTLY and the CODE CORRECT paint laid out over this laser straight body is REALLY NICE! This car’s vibrant, rich F5 Medium Green Metallic is incredible at any angle you want to take it in! The clear that was laid out adds a TON of depth and the reflection is mirror quality in this 69. This meticulous nut and bolt rotisserie restoration is exactly what everybody wishes their restoration would look like! Panels are original including stamped quarters, radiator support and cowl.
In addition to being a period correct 383 and original 4spd the glass is all clear, NEW and easy to see throughout. The bumpers reflect like a mirror, plus the grill is spot on. The bottom of this car looks just as clean as the the top and as factory intended it to be! The pans are all solid as pictures will show! The frame has been media blasted, and coated. This car represents a very nice restoration right down to correct reservoirs and hose straps in the engine bay! The fit and finish on this vehicle is second to none and there are not enough adjectives in the English dictionary to fully describe this car! A lot of money was invested into this build.
Interior is show quality, boasting a set of hand-worked ORIGINAL seats. Carpet is ALL new and free of stains. Gauges are ALL clear and easy to read including the factory ordered tach. The dash is perfect and the door panels have been reworked just as they were intended to be as well! Everything in this interior is perfect - right down to the paint brought into the interior! Everything works, including the reverse light indicator.
Inside and out this car is a show stopper!
As you pop the hood, you immediately notice that between the beautifly painted fenders rests a period correct 383, completely rebuilt with around 5,800 miles on it. This engine is paired to a NUMBERS MATCHING heavy duty transmission that shifts smooth as butter! In the rear you will find a correct geared heavy duty axle as well! This car starts with the turn of a key - first time every time. It runs extremely well and drives like NO OTHER! The exhaust has an incredible note that is VERY unique with the headers and new exhaust. It sounds GREAT at idle and only gets better as you get into the gas with the cam and performance worked heads! At the end of the exhaust you will find CORRECT style factory chrome tips! Everything on this car works as it should! The whole brake assembly is just as factory intended it to be with the ORIGINAL booster rebuilt.
An eye-popping color combination and precision restoration do justice for this Road Runner and it NEEDS to be taken in person to soak it up! This 69 is looking for a new owner who wants to outshine the rest, but serious offers only please.
