This is a beautiful Bird that hosts an original non-turbo 301 and is a BLAST to drive! The car has received ONE repaint and it looks REALLY good! It presents itself very well at ANY angle. The shine is beautiful and the PPG 2 stage Black paint shines nice and true. The panels are nice and straight with CRISP lines and SMOOTH contours. The doors shut as they should with ZERO sag issues! The bumpers are as clean as can be with NO webs. The headlights are clear and free of chips. The bottom of the doors are SHARP and rocker panels are SOLID! The glass is all nice and clear and the trim has been polished very well! Decals are ALL correct and this is a TRUE Bandit PHS documented car as ONE of 72, being a 301 non turbo no T-Top car!
The interior is VERY nice! The seats are in very good condition with little wear and the back seats look to have never been sat on before! The headliner is nice and tight and free of stains. The carpet all looks new without any stains or rips. The gauges are CLEAR, easy to read, look incredible and every one works as it should. The door panels look good as well. ALL of the hardware works as it should! The A/C components are all there, it just needs a charge! The dash is in GREAT condition and is free of ANY sun stress. The power windows work great as well!
Under the hood rests an ORIGINAL 301 that is SUPER clean and runs strong! This is no tired motor. The bay is just as it was intended to be and is CLEAN. It breaths through an exhaust that sounds GREAT at idle and gets even better as your foot gets into the gas! The 301 is matted to its original transmission that is nice and smooth with NO issues in any gear at all!
There is NO rust on this car and it is ready to drive with NO work needed, just jump in and drive! it stops as good as it goes! The OEM suspension components give this car a NICE factory stance and a ride quality that is unmatched in 80! Take a look at the pictures to see we do have the build sheet that proves this car sits as it was born. It does have all new weather stripping and BEAUTIFUL new paint! It also has an updated headunit. This car was so well taken care of that when we it got here all that was needed was a wash and wax!
